On the startup side that means choosing the right license type, writing policies and procedures to your state’s rules and preparing the application. For licensed owners it means building the website, lead systems and processes that turn calls into clients.
Do you work with agencies outside California?
Yes. Licensing steps differ by state, but getting clients, hiring caregivers and managing cash flow work the same way everywhere. State-specific prices are on the pricing page.
Are you a nurse or a lawyer?
No. I am an agency owner, not a clinician or an attorney. I opened a non-medical home care agency without a healthcare background, and I teach the operating side. For legal questions about your entity or contracts, use a licensed attorney in your state.
