Does it cover my state?

It is written to be state-agnostic. Every chapter teaches the rule that holds everywhere, then walks you through finding your own state’s regulator, statute and forms. It does not print fifty sets of forms — it teaches you to find and read yours, because those change and a printed copy would be wrong within a year.

Is this the same content as the course?

It overlaps but it is not a transcript. The course is 49 video lessons with quizzes, templates and feedback on your packet. The workbook is the written, fill-in version of the same path. Plenty of people start here and upgrade later.

What format is it?

A 106-page PDF, laid out to print on letter paper or to fill in on screen. No app, no login, no expiry — the file is yours.
