This policy explains what personal information Premiumcare LLC (“PremiumCare Academy,” “we,” “us”) collects through premiumcareacademy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@premiumcareacademy.com.
What we collect
- Purchase details. When you buy a course or the workbook, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account and learning data. If you enroll in a course, we create an account with your email and track your lesson progress and quiz results so the course can unlock the next lesson.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use it
- To process payments, deliver the workbook, create your course login and give you access.
- To answer your questions and send messages about your purchase or account.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and target our ads. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as pages viewed and your IP address. Under California law, sharing this information with Meta for ad targeting may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by emailing us, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, and through Meta’s ad settings and Google’s Analytics opt-out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, including Stripe (payments), our web host, Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement) and, if you join our community, Skool. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and account records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email info@premiumcareacademy.com. We will confirm your identity before acting, and respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for adults starting a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website can promise perfect security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
