These terms apply to your use of premiumcareacademy.com and to anything you buy from PremiumCare Academy, operated by Premiumcare LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site, booking a call or making a purchase, you agree to them. Questions: info@premiumcareacademy.com.
Educational content and consulting
Our courses, workbook, articles, audits, coaching and consulting are based on our own experience running a licensed California home care organization. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Licensing rules, fees and timelines are set by each state and change often. Always confirm requirements with your state agency and, where appropriate, a licensed attorney or accountant.
We do not guarantee that you will obtain a license, open an agency, win clients or earn any particular income. We prepare, you sign, your state decides. Your results depend on your own decisions, work, market and state rules.
Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the site and at checkout, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed by Stripe. At checkout we ask for your phone number and the state your agency is (or will be) in, so we can scope your work and reach you for your kickoff call.
You can pay in full by card, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay or Amazon Pay, or pay over time with Klarna where it is offered at checkout. Klarna is a third party; approval and repayment terms are between you and Klarna.
The Home Care Agency Startup Workbook
The workbook is a digital PDF delivered immediately after payment, with a copy of the download link sent by email. Because it is an instant digital download, all workbook sales are final and non-refundable. If your download fails, email us and we will send you the file.
Launch packages (no license yet)
Launch packages are the Launch Kit, Done-For-You (called Business Setup in states that do not license private-pay non-medical care) and Launch Premium. Each includes a course tier and the work described on our Pricing page at the time you buy. The price depends on how your state regulates home care: no state license, a standard state license, or a license plus a need review or pre-license inspection.
At your kickoff call we confirm what your state requires. If your state turns out to fall in a different category from the package you bought, we will tell you before work begins and agree the correct package with you.
You are responsible for state application and license fees, background checks and fingerprinting, bonds, insurance, business formation and registration fees, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. You sign and submit your own application. Timelines depend on how quickly you return information and on your state’s review.
Grow packages (licensed agencies)
Get Found and Lead Machine are one-time projects. Owner Coaching and Growth Partner are monthly subscriptions billed in advance each month. You can cancel Owner Coaching at any time by emailing info@premiumcareacademy.com; cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing month. Growth Partner has a 3-month minimum commitment, which you agree to at checkout: three monthly payments that cannot be cancelled before the third payment is made. If a Growth Partner plan is cancelled, or a payment fails, before the third payment, the remaining payments of the minimum are still owed. After the third payment, you can cancel Growth Partner the same way as Owner Coaching.
Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform. Domain, hosting and software subscriptions are also yours unless your package description says otherwise.
Free calls and agency audits
Discovery calls and agency audits are free and carry no obligation to buy. An agency audit is an operational and compliance readiness review. It does not certify compliance with any law or regulation, and findings involving employment law, taxes or licensing should be confirmed with a qualified attorney, CPA or your state licensing agency.
Scheduling
Calls are booked through our online calendar. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead using the link in your confirmation email. Time-limited services, such as calls included for a set number of days, are delivered within the window described for your package and expire if not used within it.
Course access
When you buy a course or a package that includes one, we create a login using the email you entered at checkout and email you a link to set your password. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own use. Please do not share your login.
Refunds
Workbook sales are final, as described above. For courses, consulting packages and coaching, email us if you have a problem and we will work with you to resolve it. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Work already delivered, such as documents prepared, calls held and course access used, is not refundable. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
Your use of our materials
All course videos, text, templates, worksheets, audit reports and the workbook are owned by Premiumcare LLC and protected by copyright. You may use them to build and run your own agency. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or teach them as your own. Documents we prepare specifically for your agency are yours to use for that agency.
Community
If you join our Skool community, Skool’s own terms also apply. Be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams or shares course content publicly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, our materials or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you buy apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
